Palm Coast FL

I use to get so many calls for closings and now i don't know what to do! Nobody will call for weeks at sometimes. And i use to be able to charge 150-200 per closing...what happened? Does anyone else have this problem. I went down to $75!!!! It's hurting pretty bad. Also, I have 25 people within 20 miles of me when i put in my zip. Is that good or bad? And i went down from being #1 to #2 on the list...what do i do? I know, so many questions... Please HELP!!!

Be sure to thank the NNA

for churning out so many inexperienced signing agents. Their mistakes have cost us credibilty and money. All I can say is, do what the rest of us are doing: marketing to TC's/lenders (who pay good fees) get a part time job, work on getting local general notarization business, and sit and wait it out alongs with the rest of us.

You are so right. There's plenty of newbies asking for help. It is amazing they are even accepting a signing, then coming onto the board to ask basic loan doc questions after they agree to do the signing. The market has been flooded with new NSA' who have little inkling as to what they are supposed to be doing.
