I guess what I'm asking is would this be ok. the borrowers are in TX on vacation. So is this a normal closing. Haven't had one of these before.

If question sounds off the wall Sorry in Advance :-)

I do these all the time. No big deal. Just notarize it as

TX since that is where the signing is taking place. I'm also commissioned in VA and there is nothing special you need to know. Just do what the Title company asks and you should be fine.
