Question for signing today

I received edocs last night for a signing today. In huge letters on one page are "All Riders Must Be Recorded". I know that is not my worry but when I got to the Prepayment Charge Rider in the package on the last page it asks for their signatures. Then there is a long line under their signature lines to separate the page. Below the line it say "Space below this line for Acknowlegdement". There is no notarial wording and the bottom half of the page is empty. Does this need to be notarized with a loose certificate or does it not need to be notarized at all? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would say if it says "Space below this line is for Acknowledgment" that they are requesting it to be notarized with an acknowledgment.

I don't remember which lender it was (maybe World Saving) and I had that same doc recently. I did call tc/lender to confirm and they said it was a glitch in the software. Therefore, an acknowledgment wasn't needed.

Call the lender to confirm.

On rare occasions I have also seen this. I never notarize but it might be a good idea for you to make sure by calling your hiring entity.
