Ok, So i normally take weekends off, but lately, i keep getting phone calls from desperate title co's asking to do closings. key word: desperate. So i quote them an unreasonable price, expecting them to say no. but they have been saying yes lately, and i am cleaning up. anyone else dealing with this?

Yes, I have always done quite a bit of work on the weekends, especially at the end of the month.

Most TC's are surprised that we will do closings on the weekend -- and holidays.
