So where's ShaneOH been?

Is he too busy for us on notaryrotary since he's now the notary association king? Has he done anything with it lately?

I've been working quite a bit lately trying to build some new business, after the Ameriquest closures.... Just working a lot to build and solidify new business relationships, so I haven't had much time. June should be a turning the corner month, so I can jump back into the Organizational effort full steam.

Maintained contacts with the Ohio Land Title Association, and building that relationship. I'll have more updates come Mid-June.

I apologize for my absence lately, but I have checked in occasionally...just been swamped.

I may not be posting, but I lurk a couple days a week Smile I AM WATCHING hehe

Anon, please tell us, could you do a better job than Shane, or Jack/Jill, Mothergoose, or anyone else? Methinks you are a pouter and a trouble maker.

hey freighttrain shane!!! i see you haven't lost your charm!!! you really need to try to get the state of ohio to adhere to requiring all signing agents to become licensed title producers like the state of indiana has. i think it will eliminate part time closers and will increase business for people that are in this line of work full time. in one month my business doubled because of this new law! best of luck!
