Superior Signing in Florida - Not bashing buttttttt
since several of you think that Carlos is so wonderful, how about calling him and asking him why he isn't paying his notaries. I am STILL waiting for him to respond to my phone calls, faxes and e-mails - all I want to do is get paid. So what do you think gals? Could one or more of you who evidently have a number that is not listed, get a hold of him and ask him why he isn't paying his notaries and why he isn't responding to phone calls, faxes and e-mails? I would for one be most appreciative. Thank you for any assistance you might be able to give me in this matter.

Monica, I'll forward your message. I don't think it is my place to post or give out personal phone numbers and email addresses that I saved from communications with him two years ago. I'm sure you understand.

thank you. I most certainly do understand but I think you can understand where I am coming from too. This closing took place on March 13th and I just cannot get any response from him at all. Thank you again for trying to help me. I really really do appreciate it.

Monica....he does not owe me any money at the time but I did callhim last week or the week before and left a message that he please contact those he has not paid and let them kow what is going on. He has not responded back to me either....however, I did remind him of his reputation.
Has anyone recvd any closings from him since March? If not, then it is possible something has happened to him. I can't recall who lives near him but maybe they can go over and see what is going on. that may be helpful.

I've also had nothing but problems getting paid by Superior Signing - since January.
On January 26th I received a call from Superior asking me to go back to a borrower's home to re-sign the mortgage, as the title company had lost it. They agreed to pay me a nominal fee since it was just a mortgage.
I've called weekly, leaving messages ranging from simple inquiry, request for return call, and all the way up to terse instructions to contact me with regard to an outstanding payment.
It's now June, six months later and I've received no response via fax, e-mail or phone.
Just another notary that looks like he got burned by Superior.
