Texas power

Got call today from TC for a reverse mortgage signing Monday. I mentioned to the EO afterward that I know someone from TX who is very knowledgeable about RM if she ever need one. EO asked, where about in TX? I said somewhere like College Station and without a thought EO said you're talking about BrendaTX, right? Well, blow me down....

Your note couldn't have come at a better time Brenda 'cause I'll be reading this wkend. BTW, I did mentioned to the EO about your unofficial RM ebook.

Re: Texas power - Right on Andy!

I had a call from mother, had to come in here and check something about her mother's estate for her and saw this post...I love you for telling me about this.

You're alright for an intellectually superior "curve breaker!"

Wahoo Brenda! need help on a Cash out

Brenda: Help me out here please. I just got a Countrywide Full Spectrum TX Cash out, and was asked to go to the borrowers home. I thought this has to be done in TC, Lendor or Attorney office right?

It absolutely is to be done as you believe. If you have the docs, look at the last page (sig page) of the DOT.

It explains that very clearly. (Not practicing law...just pointing out the facts in the docs to my girlfriend.)

Re: Wahoo Brenda! need help on a Cash out

Right before the DOT, I found this: NO Cash out Refi / Limited Cash out Refi Addendum

They checked off the option: The undersigned Closer hereby certifies the he/she is aware of the NO CASHOUT Requirement on this transaction and agrees to close the loan with no proceeds payable to the borrower.

I was confused by all of the Closing Instructions in this packet.....30pages.
