I have been doing loan document signings for over 4 years and I have been trying so hard to get rid of the middle man (signing agencies) and do signings directly with title companies and loan officers. Well, last night I got a desparate call from a title company for a signing in my area. He met my fee and told me that if I prove to him that I can do the job well, he will use me as his point of contact in my area. I was very excited to hear this and when I asked him how he found me so that I can thank this person, he told me "I found you on Not Rot".
Thank you Not Rot for helping me finally get in with a Title Company.
