Those who use toner.kits

Good Morning All,

I just received my order from tonerkits, I bought a 12 pack of high yeild for my brother 5140. I have only refilled once before. The question is, the bottles are only 1/2 full. Is this normal for high yield?

It's not the size of the bottle - it's the size of your cartridge that matters...They put them in standardized bottles for all cartridges. Some are smaller than others.

I use the tonerkits refills. The first time I got my order I was ready to ask for my money back because the bottles were only one-third full. But after reading the instructions, I see why. You have to shake the bottle to let the toner "aerate" and loosen it. So that's probably one reason why they don't use smaller bottles and fill them all the way.
