anyone else get "royally tattoo'd" by these folks? Youch! I just did. Makes me want to go flip burgers at mickey d's rather than trust folks.

Had to vent.

Care to share any details? I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

Here is a nutshell of what happened...:can you do this signing today? it HAS to go. Yep. we will pay 125.00. email verified. then it becomes closing time, no documents, then they finally come thru and there are 2 loans, faxbacks blah blah blah. I call, they say in EMAIL we will pay 200. has to go. I go to Borrowers home, client is late, no big deal, I wait. Get started, hud okay, bing bing...half way thru, to 2nd loan...client cancels, not what she agreed to. she calls lender, (I cant get thru to titleplus-afterhours) they go thru, okay okay, the lender agrees, their error blah blah blah. I am there 1.5 hours. call agency and email them what happened. lender calls ME at home asks can I go out tomorrow..sure. I never get call to go back out, I email and titleplus says its not closing.
3 months later...no payment. nothing. they say they NEVER ageed to pay 200, etc etc. doesnt care if I have email proof. then has the audacity to say I never went to the closing, they had to get someone else and they "only charged 65."...they basically say I am lying....???!!! now no payment.

what a tough lesson this was. I am so reluctant now. How do we know we are going to get paid? We dont?!

It's a getting to be a vicious circle isn't it?

Hiring parties are reluctant to hire agents that are new to them, not sure if they know what they're doing, etc. and we are reluctant to accept assignments from new to us companies for fear we will not be paid as promised....

Re: It's a getting to be a vicious circle isn't it?

I totally agree with you MistarellaFL. I want to work with more companies but I KNOW that the ones that I already work with pay me and pay me on time. It never fails that when I agree to do a signing for a company that I dont know, I always end up losing in the end.

You had to take a chance at some point to get with the companies you have. Don't limit yourself. Watch the boards and submit to the ones spoken highly of.

Never said I dont take a chance, just that when I do, I get screwed some times (Priority Signing for example)....I do find good one out there and they are keepers.
