I just saw your post regarding NFRES and I too had a similar problem several months ago. They must have someone who removes and disposes of loose certificates that we include in the packages because they wanted me to go back and redo a "missing" ack and backdate it and they had a fit when I would not. I had included it when I did the signing and just because they lost it...

This whole thing with NFRES has surprised me. I have worked with them for several years and never had a problem. Darlene told me she is new there so that may have something to do with the problem.

Do you record in your journals that you attacked Ack's /Jurats to the doc's? and how many? if not, maybe you should. I know I do to cover my butt. Can't trust most of these companies now n' days. -dee
