Toner refill problem HPQ2612A

For the last moth I was able to refill three cartridges one time only. When I do the second refill, it starts well but after 30 or 40 pages I start getting the graying in the margins and had to throw them away. Any of you having the same problem ? Is it the HP cartridge manufacturer ? or I am probably damaging the cartridge when vacuuming the wasted toner away. Thanks in advance.

On this cartridge there is a hole that you make for the refill and another one for the waste toner, right? Well I have refill one of this one for so many times till the drum gives up and I just throw it
away. but it takes like 3 refills or more in order to empty the waste chamber. How many times have
you refill this cartridge?
