Tonight is the night....

So I'm gonna do it "simple refi" tonight@ 7:30 contacted by SS not a very popular one but my thoughts are I'm a newbie I need to start somewhere. If they don't pay atleast I get rid of my first time jitters . wish me luck

Also, I always give someone the address where I am closing and also call and let them know when I am done. That way someone always knows where you are at.
