If you are talking about United Land Services in NY , my experience with them has been negative. I did a few for them over a year ago had problems getting paid (although I finally did get paid , months later). So I decided I would not accept work from them. Then I was called recently and I thought maybe things improved, not. I should have gone with my instincts and refused the assignment. I am done with them and so is my daughter, who had the same problems.

I have done three for United Land Services. They don't tell you this up front (in fact, their schedulers don't have a clue what their payment policy is), but they pay at the end of the following month. If you do a signing on May 1st, your check will go out on June 30th. I always crossed out and initialed the non-payment thing on their paperwork, but all the the loans funded, so I did not have to fight with them over that. I don't like that non-payment policy, either, and I may decline them next time they call.
