Update on #119549, Post Dated Docs
After not having heard from the processor or the LO on the redrawing of docs I thought that perhaps they decided to call someone else and I wouldn't get paid my fee.
I received a check today dated 5-17-06. It was from the signing service listed on the HUD and am pretty sure that it was signed by the processor that initially called me regarding the docs ( I posted on 5-12-06, the signing took place 5/06-06).
Don't know what it means, did they get another notary out and I still received my full fee? Or did they record the way they were signed and notarized? Haven't been contacted again since the day I posted. All I know is that I did receive the agreed upon amount, and in the manner that he told me that I was causing them $$$ by them having to redraw docs I doubt that they would have paid me a full fee? Hope I make sense.
Thank you again for your posts that day and for not being condensending(sp?).
