World Savings Docs/misspelled city

Is anyone familiar w/World Savings Docs? Throughout the docs the city is incorrectly spelled including the Deed of Trust. There is not a errors and ommissions affidavit in the docs. Should the borrowers correct throughout or just on the Verification on Personal & Loan Info. page?.

Also, vesting is in a trust. The docs have a signature line "Bob and Carol Signature Trust" how do they sign this line? I am confused because some of the docs such as the Deed of Trust have a separate line that has their name as trustee ("Bob Signature, Trustee"Wink and then there some pages that only have the signature line as "Bob and Carol Signature Trust".

Thanks for your help!

I would not have the borrowers change any misspelling on the docs unless authorized to do so by the assigning agency. They are to sign exactly as typewritten, you just can only notarize as individuals. In other words, "personally appeared Bob Signature, Carol Signature," etc.

Thanks for responding...
There are 3 places to sign - "Bob Signature", "Carol Signature" and "Bob and Carol Signature Trust" - What do they sign in the "Bob and Carol Signature Trust" line? This is confusing to me because there are other docs that actually specify "Bob Signature, Trustee", Carol Signature, Trustee".
Thanks!

Got the fax

I've never seen it done this way before, but since the main borrower signed the third signature line, I believe it to be okay.

I hate it when the doc people are clueless. Below the signature line it should say "bob signature individually and as trustee of the ............trust". They want both parties to sign as individuals and as trustees. They just didn't go about accomplishing that very well.

Not necessarily. The way I have usually seen it done is two separate signature lines, one for Bob Signature, individually and also with Bob Signature, Trustee. Maybe it differs from state to state.

You can do it either way, but the way that create the least amount of work all around is "individually and as trustee".
