Yesterday
I got 2 (After 4 PM) signing requests from A&M. I quoted $175 first time then called back and declined just in case my bid was accepted. The 2nd call came at 6pm and I just turned down without a bid on the fee. Nice people... always call me 1 hour before a signing then pay in 90 days.
I also got a call yesterday from eTitle for a Quitclaim deed to be signed somewhere in Hillcrest. Email docs to me to take to signer then overnight back to etitle. I bid $65 they offered $30.
The only one I actually accepted and carried paper for was from LSI (my first one). They were very professional and were able to meet my fees but no payment history with me yet.
