empower...troubles

I am having problems getting the empower viewer to open on my computer. I tried the troublehooting ideas mentioned on this site (previous threads), to no avail. Has anyone been to a website to download the viewer recently (and it worked?). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I've got one in my Notary Links section. You could try to download another version in case yours is corrupted for some reason
