lsi switches to edocs minute???

I received a call from liasigning to do a loan where docs where supposed to go to borrower. I get there and borrower doesn't have and I call the signing company and they say often LSI switches to email docs without notifying them or the notary. Then I call LSI and they say I should have confirmed with the borrower when I didn't even get a phone# for the borrower. They want me to drive back, print, and return meaning yet again I have a dragnet over my day. I am trying to find an industry that treats it's people worse then this one and have not been able to find it yet. Fees are getting lower, closings are getting goofier. It seems a smooth efficient close is the exception not the norm. What gives?????

In all due respect, if the dox are being sent to ......

the bwr, you should do what ever is necessary to get
a contact # for the bwr and comfirm that they recd dox
before going to the signing. If you can not contact bwr, you
should at least get a TK # for the dox so that you can verify receept.
When you talk to bwr, ask them to review dox before appt to
see if everying is as they expected.

Sometimes I get an order confirmation with no phone number.
I use www.reverseaddressdirectory.com to get the phone number.
Of course, it won't come up if it's unlisted.
Yes I would not go until I confirmed some how that the bo had the docs.
