Sure. Go to the top of your screen and click on the orange search button. Search for all your questions. Start with message #33325. Then read every other message on this board from the beginning. As mom would say, get off the internet & do your homework!!

I wondered the same thing too. Have you noticed the huge influx of newbies in our area? Geez, it's getting to be like the real eatate agent market got two years ago. "Every housewife in the county thinks she can make big bucks in real estate with little or no effort," said a local high end builder I met.
