1 set or 2?

when it says 2nd mortgage on the signing order, does it mean one loan set or two? it does not say 1st and 2nd. I like to know to be able to correct my fee before the signing if it is two sets. thanks.

It usually means it's just a stand-alone HELOC, but it could also be going along with a first.
Check with the TC (the SS often doesn't know if there is more than one loan).

It could also mean

a stand alone 2nd lien position mortgage.
