ACME NOTARY SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS - THIEFS!!

Has any one been contacted to do signings for them or been ripped off lately?

They used to operate out of Lake Elsinore, Ca......but moved to Las Vegas. They constantly recruit new notaries (that don't know their scam) to do their signings and then don't pay them!!

They are on the run.....owe many notaries $$$, have many legal judgements against them for non payment, write bad checks ($1500.00) to a check cashing estabishment and have a judgement against them for that....and have FFF rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Perhaps a year ago, a notary from I think New York posted on them, I did a drove by on the business location(it is right down the street my my work), 2 very shiny brand new pricey vehicles sitting in the driveway, business at residence. So they clearly were laughing all the way to bank on our dollar....

during the school year because I seldom leave the mountain when school is not in session. It wasn't this last summer because I went to OR in June and July. I'm thinking over a year ago. I don't know whether I still hsve the photos on my computer, that would give me a date, but I generally delete every so often......
