Any recent payment issues with Land Options, Inc.

I did a search and noticed someone having trouble getting paid in September (can you give an update if you got paid?) I did a closing October 2nd and still nothing.

I did 5 closing starting in Oct. I spoke with Sara who stated that the checks will be going out by the end of this week. But I think this is all a game for them.

I spoke with Sarah and emailed her my closing confirm, she replied that she would be on it "immediately". That was November 9th.

I am the person who wrote that I havent been paid for a September closing w/ them. I still have not been paid and finally got a message today from a nasty little Sarah who insists that I have not sent them an invoice. I refaxed it today for the 6th !!!!!! time.

I say if we don't see anything in the next week, we each file a report with the better business bureau. I have already told them that I would turn over my paper work to my attorney so that he may write a demand letter. We will see if that gets anything moving.
