BAINSTALL.EXE

Well that was fun! The program down loads but won't kick in to open a file. I finally had some one talk me thruough it. Basically it is not an icon on my screen and I dragged the file to it.
Anyone else have this problem with that program?

Yes, that has happened to me (I think it was a B of A loan) and I never did get it to open the file.

Yes its Bank of Americas program. I did get it to open in a round about way.
