BEWARE -- STATEWIDE DOCUMENT SERVICES
Company is located in Indianapolis, IN. I did a double closing for them and they are refusing to pay for something that was not my fault. Very unprofessional in their handling of the situation.

Usually they are very professional. I have been signing with them for some time.

Never had any issues with them. Only thing I don't like is that they changed there payment schedule. 30 days went to 45-50 days. We only take work if the schedule is open now.

I've only had 3 signings with them and all went fairly smoothly...had an issue with docs not printing right which delayed the closing but other than that they were pretty decent for me

I even recommended them to my wife and she operates a mortgage broker business besides closing with them for over three years. I think they were one of the first SS's I started with.
