No one has bothered me about one yet worth excitement over.

It seems to me the only ones requiring a BC are the low paying SS's. Don't need em , Been doing this for 30 yrs and ain't never been in jail or arrested so they can smoke on that for awhile. They are scaring all the newbies.

Well - the jury's still out as to whether or not it's REQUIRED - and like I posted before, I've never had one done so it certainly couldn't hurt and for $39 - well..it's only $39.00 - now it's done, it's over and there's no more indecision for me.

Supposedly, some of the 5 largest

title companies are requiring the NNA bgc -- which is good for 2 years...I had one done by LSI last year (they withheld payment until I complied with them) -- so, that one should still be good for another year. BTW, they paid for it, not me! As far as I'm concerned, the NNA can lose another membership, cuz (love that non-word) I'm not playing!

20 dollars here, 39 dollars there, it all adds to your overhead ...

I will get a CBC when I actually start losing business because of not having one of the so called "offical ones". Not one of my regulars has asked for anything.

Until then, the California CBC will have to do ......
