CLOSING PLUS IN CALIFORNIA

I did a signing on 7/2005 for 1 signing for Closing Plus in Costa Mesa, California. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did. This was for a trip & print fee which I had to print a set for the borrower, the attorney and the original. Had to explain document by doc to the attorney, and he told his client not to signed. I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.

I've done several signings for them, always received my usual fee in a timely manner, with no problems. Sorry you've had a bad experience.

I did a signing for them a few weeks ago, then got a call that the borrower cancelled and was asked if I would lower my fee because they don't get paid when borrower cancels. seems to me that's called "cost of doing business".
