Yes. They are Certified by the International Notary Assn. They are CBCed and have security clearance from the U.N. Notary Comm.
They are authorized to do Notarizations world wide and follow the Geneva Convention rules

If I google "International Notary Association" nothing comes up. What/Where is the Int'l Notary Assoc.?
