Clarification

My objection in the previous thread that got so many pairs of pantyhose twisted is NOT that I think there was any attempt to silence or remove any one poster... although MY option to respond in that particular thread has stopped functioning (hummmmm?).... I object to the powers that be being lobbied by a few on this board to remove what the few deem "inappropriate" TOPICS (NOT PEOPLE) in rules & guidelines.

I thought you were talking specifically about falmac. Well, generally speaking Merry, it is not good to mix politics and religion in a community. I think you are mature enough to know that.
It does nothing more than spark heated discussions, as we are all entitled to our personal beliefs. As said more than enough, this is a notary forum, not a religious or political forum.

Apparently the OWNER of this board deems some topics inappropriate. This is NOT a democracy this is Harry's board, he is the "powers that be" and we must play by his rules. Why is this so hard for some to understand?

You are absolutely correct and I thank you for the clarification. Sometimes I don't remember that this is not a "public forum" but rather a "private (paid) forum." I do stand corrected.

p.s. I have never liked the "exclusive club" mentality, but understand the concept of "when in Rome...."
