Concerned about Signing Pro Forms

What is your take of the forms that the company "Signing Pro" requires you to sign before doing any signings for their company? The way that I read them it, seems that their company doesn't want to be held liable for anything. which includes anything said or done by the notary. While I may agree that something the notary could say might be incorrect, I hesitate to continue with the signing that we have agreed to accept due to what might be 'pinned' on the notary, (ME!)
Other companies don't require these forms, and the one for the borowers to sign, (the Hold Harmless form). Why is that one needed? What takes place so often that this form should be needed. Am I missing something here?
I have a reverse mortage to do for them in a couple of days and I am not so sure that I want to sign for them.
Comments?
Thank you!
