Correction POA

Happy Tuesday everybody,

Tonight, I’m doing a correction POA signing for 1 DOT and 3 Riders and wanted to confirm my understanding of what needs to be done.

The documents are currently signed as: Carol Tucker of attorney for Martha Stewart.

The correct language would be: Martha Stewart by Carol Tucker her attorney in fact.

And since the original document had 2 signatures, one of which is incorrect, I’ll attach a loose Certificate and make sure they can’t write additional names on that by drawing a line after the name.

As this correct? Am I missing something?

I apologize, did a search after the post. My 2nd question is... I noticed that the Deed and Riders were not initialed correctly. During the signing tonight, would have the person make that correction also?

I'd have the docs initials as signed EX: MS by CT aif
