Cosigner Notice

I have a Chase signing for a husband and wife tonight. There is a document titled "Cosigner Notice" in the package. The way it reads it sounds as if a third party should sign. As there is only one signature line, does anyone know if the borrowers sign this or maybe I just leave it blank in the package? TIA.

You can ask anyone on this board....
You might get an answer to have it signed, or you might get an answer to leave it blank.
Either answer could be right or be wrong.

You CAN ask the company that hired you.
They might give you the correct answer, or they might give you a wrong answer.
but at least if THEY gave you a wrong answer, you'd have somebody to blame besides yourself.

JMO.

Best response I have seen in a long time. Very good advice.

It is for the co-borrowing spouse to sign.
