You tried to get me to do a closing with the wrong fee on a confirmation and I wouldn't go without a corrected CO. You wasted my time and resources and I ought to send you a bill for that.

Marlene, you are accusing 16 different companies of stiffing you. Perhaps you ought to hire a business/office manager with good grammar and writing skills. An accounting firm that will do your billings and collections might also be a good investment. Many of these could/should have been written off as bad debts.

I do my job right and I know that the loans fund but if they don't pay me, you have no control over this happening to anyone out there in the business.
