FASS and their outsourced barely-English speaking people
drive me nuts.
I have not had one of those calls in forever, but today I had one left on my vm.
It was so unlike English that I could barely understand three words of it.
And, I am telling you I don't have problems understanding people who speak with a thick accent very often.
It is ridiculous to have this kind of job outsourced from across the planet. Totally and completely ridiculous for many, many reasons.

I agree!
i speak 5 languages at a 3rd grade level.
i watch lots of foreign TV.
I understand many accents.
but the FASS people don't know what the h...... i am talking about.
fass fat pay is under $100.
FASS FAT can die a painful sloooooow death.

At least they haven't figured out a way to outsource Noterization yet, but they may have the NNA working on it. get ready for the $10 offers. p/s Had one of thiose calls from ??? today also.

I agree with you completely! And to make matters worse, the borrowers are none too happy with those phone calls either. Are you listening Countrywide?

Yes. They are Certified by the International Notary Assn. They are CBCed and have security clearance from the U.N. Notary Comm. They are authorized to do Notarizations world wide and follow the Geneva Convention rules.
