FIRMA SIGNING SOLUTION IN CALIFORNIA

I did a 2 signings on 11/2005 & 12/2005 for Firma Signing Solutions in Laguna Hills, California. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did because I did a total of 2 signing they paid me a trip fee of 62.50 on one and the other one they are refusing to pay because the filed didn't closed. I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.

I also did a signing for firma signing on last day of recission and they agreed to a certain amount because of the rush job and then refused to pay the additional fee and I had to BEG for my payment. I will never work for them again as I don't work for free and no one else should either. I do know that after the recission date, MOST signing companies get paid within one week of the loan closing so when they say they haven't been paid - they are lying. In cases such as this, I report them to the title company that hired them in hopes they won't use them again either. Let's all stick together and close these unscrupulous companies down.
