FLORIDA MOBILE CLOSERS INC. IN FLORIDA

I did 2 signingS on 4/2006 for 2 signings for Florida Mobile Closers Inc Accusigning in Tampa, Florida. This was a 2 part closings which the wife signed at home and I had to go to the borrower's job to get him signed for the same rate. After this I contact them due to the agree price was 125.00 for the closing and I only got paid 125 for the first closing and 50.00 for the other closing. When I spoke to Chris Gentry owner, of Florida Mobile Closers told me that they were not going to paid me because I copy his company name because the name of my company is Florida Mobile Closings Group Inc. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did. I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.
