FYI~Accurate Closings Inc/Sarah Whitely Payment info

I searched this company before I accepted the closing and found v. little, soooooo my experience is as follows:

Job completed first week in August 2006

Check received today 11/4/06 (check was dated 8/31/06 but envelope postmarked 11/1/06

She just paid me from a July closing. So join the club in delay in payments. But sorry this happened to you too.

Several lame, late-paying companies ...

... try that stunt. It doesn't matter what the date is on the check, what counts is the postmark and the date the check is received.

I keep the envelope! In my Excel spreadsheet I note the date the check was received as the date payment was made.
