Fee question on application

I'm currently filling out an application for a company, no problem until . . . the fee section.

Does anyone know what these are?

Base closing fee (I get that one of course)
Simultaneous Second Discount $?
Judgement $?
Contin $?

All are required fields. Any help would be appreciated.

You may be doing 2 seperate sets of Docs in one sitting, as I did recently. It would be reasonable to offer the 2nd set at a discounted rate, since you would already be there. I wouldn't discount the print fee for the second set though, only the actual signing fee.

I called the company and the last two are for title search fees. They confused the issue by saying that all were mandatory.
