Exciting indeed, we're glad someone was finally able to get one arranged and done.

The rest of the story: It was a cash transaction, no loan documents, only a deed to sign and acknowledge.

Does anyone know...

Did anything ever come of the pilot e-notarization program NREIS was putting together with AQ about this time last year? I think it was supposed to begin around the first of the year. With all the problems AQ had (that was a deal-breaker for me anyway), then NREIS cutting their fees, I'm just glad I didn't invest in a lot of new equipment...!

BTW, to anyone thinking of running out and buying the Enjoa package that the NNA has been promoting for years now, I would advise caution. There are various technologies out there and I don't think they are compatible with each other. It's another "BETA vs VHS" (boy, am I dating myself or what!!) and I doubt any of us want to get stuck with the losing version once they become standardized.
