First Loan Nightmare

I did not find the right to cancel on a purchase. this was emailed to me. i had them sign in blue ink when it wasn't on the directions but i asked the loan officer if it was ok with them.. he said yes. and i'm going the take it to fed ex now.

I had to go back to the house one more time cuz they emailed me the docs in dips and draps and they sent me an email after i left to the house. it took 4 hours for all of this.

I have learned to ask the question "is this all I need?" before I leave for the appt.
I also look over the docs before I leave, to make sure everything is there, and get clarification on docs/issues I am unfamiliar with or do not understand directions on.
As far as the RTC? There is no RTC on a purchase, only on refi's and HELOC's on a primary residence.

RTC on a purchase? That typically doesn't happen. You sure it was a purchase and not a standard refi?
