Flagship Title Services, Inc.

I've done a search, however, no information on Flagship Title Services, Inc., Hampton,VA. Anyone with any experience with this company?

They must be fairly new because I couldn't find anything on them either when they call. Did a signing for them on 10/24. Everything pretty smooth.

Flagship has been around for a while - I have done many for them. I thought they only did work in Virginia but someone in another state asked about them on another board, so they may be branching out. They sometimes act as the TC but usually they are acting as a SS for another TC. They always have "Flagship Docs" that must be signed regardless if they are the TC or SS, and you must fax those back to them before shipping the package. They have always paid me, I have never had to hound them, but they do take 45 days to pay.

Flagship contacted me for 3 - 4 deals. For the first deals I got paid within acceptable time range, but I'm really having a hard time collecting for the last two, one of which is almost three months old.

Well, I did 2 signings for them: Nov. 06 and Dec. 06 and I have not received payment for either one. I try to speak to Minton Curtis, who signed the WOs but can't get beyond the receptionist who keeps telling me that checks have been issued but guess what: those "issued" checks never get to me! Your all better watch this company.
