HUD...

just got back from a refi that didn't have a HUD with GMAC. This is the first time and first GMAC, one wasn't included. I'm wondering if it was a mistake or they don't include one? To late to call anyone.

Rule #1, never go without a HUD. Rule #2, California TCs do not always send HUDs.

I don't know the laws in AL, but FL is a table funding state and requires a final HUD at closing. CA requires a final HUD at disbursement. I've done many closings in FL w/ CA TCs that only included a preliminary HUD or a disbursement schedule. Did your pkg. have anything that resembled a disbursement schedule? Where was the TC located?

I HATE those forms. People here also want a final settlement sheet, not some funky 'estimated' whatever.

Becca, they had everything else, the TIF the estimated, etc., but no HUD....I tried to call the company, no luck, might turn into another drive-by. It was Gmac out Slidell LA, by Performance Tile.

Champion loans don't contain a HUD - I forget what they call their form - but it's got all the costs and payoffs listed on it.

3 out of 5 times I have to call to get the HUD for GMAC (Home Connects) Small Pkgs! love'em Sounds like a second trip to me.

just talked to them to confirm close. She said a HUD should have been there, they are going to just send it to the borrower.
