How Do I???
I am a new comer and have not had much experience, but the knowledge is there. I am a certified Loan Officer and Mortgage Processor. I also have completed a state accredited school and completed their Real Estate course. Along side that I have taken various courses in Real Estate Contracts, Refi's and Foreclosures I just don't know how to "break into the business" any suggestions???

Try the orange "Search" button to ask specific...
... questions. Also, you might want to start with the first question, answer on the board (message #1) and just start reading.
You will find that you get a lot more help and respect from those on this board if you do your search first, then ask questions.
This board is more on the notarial side of the business, but it would be nice for you to see the issues that we, as notaries, face every day when we work for you.

Don't know about your profile, start with writing one that includes your background. You will benefit from researching using the orange search button. Lots of great suggestions on marketing and other info you may need.
As someone else mentioned, read over the posts from the past few days. Skip the OT.
