How much would u charge for.............
a 1st and 2nd, e-docs, and 30 miles roundtrip on Halloween night? Oh yeah, and it is a Spanish signing. They wouldn't meet my fee. Just curious to hear what my peers would charge. Thanks.

Re: How much would u charge for.............$185 but I do
not charge extra for the language. I find that by being able to offer alternative languages makes my services more desireable. It doesn't usually take me longer to do the signing as a resul of the language difference. The thing that takes more time is that some cultures require a little more due to social needs of that particular culture.

$225 - I've got no idea if people charge extra for another language or not

Re: How much would u charge for.............$300
$150 for first, $75 for 2nd, $25 for Spanish Speaking services, $50 e=doc fee.
This would be my rate for any title/ escrow company that called. I always charge extra for Spanish Speaking Services. I have never had anyone complain about the extra fee. Even in a saturated area like mine, I have no problem receiving an additonal fee for that service. Plus they do tend to take longer and my time equals money.

I quoted $250 & got the usual "I'll get it approved."
He never called back so I guess I was too high. Oh well!
