Industry Partners Title

Anybody have any "new" info regarding IPT? Did a seach and most info is rather negative and old.

Everything they do tends to be a pain. A real pain. They also tend to use you up, then 2 months later, move on to someone else. Not very good about paying their bills either. They owe a friend of mine over $4000 in title work.

i used to do a lot of work for them and they paid well and usually timely.....then i got a call that they can't pay me the fees that i had been getting and i wouldn't budge so i havn't had any work from them for a bout 2 yrs now........they sched the apt and send it to you with out checking if you are free at that time or not......they are all e-docs which usually arrive 30 minutes after the closing is sched.......or.....thay cancell 30 minutes after the sched time....they are a real PITA.......
