What you need to understand and I am surprised that you did not get it yet,is that there are a few people on this board who have gangster mentality. It is always the same people who jump on the bandwagon.Gangs are formed when people do not feel loved,wanted or accepted by those around them and in society.Even though it is negative behaviour,they would much rather be a part of it mostly to feel accepted and loved. When you read their posts individually,you quickly see the personal isssues that they are struggling with. I could point that out one by one,but would not give them any of my time.This board is the only place where they are being accepted for who they are and that makes them feel good.I sometimes feel pity for them and maybe you should give some ideas on how to free themselves from the destructive behaviour that they are excercising and surround themselves with positive thinkers instead. He came on board, with another bad attitude, claiming to want peace, but not really meaning it, and wants his non-busy followers to support his nonsense.
Harry will eventually get sick of the complaints that arise from his non-business postings and send him to the other place, lol. I can't wait. I myself am sick of seeing his name as a poster KNOWING what is probably going to be written in his non-business posts. Political garbage, usually.
I'd rather read from a notary-gang than a left-wing political gang, crying "pay attention to ME!"

I couldn't wait to get up this morning and see what y'all were talking about. Oh, my Jahari and politics again!?... Then I went to two other professional boards (not notaries) that I participate in because of other business interests I am involved in. These two boards seem to be able to incorporate other topics (even politics and religion) from time to time as they arise in the participants day to day lives. By the way politics and religion have nothing to do with the business communities that these forums serve. Political and religious topics have never been banned (how unAmerican anyway) from these forums. It is the quality of the participants that is so different than here. I have never before encountered the "agree with me or I will have you removed" that is so pervasive (and generated by a very few) as here. I is just facinating!

No one here wrote anything about JJ agreeing or being removed.
We are all just sick and tired of his political postings, and especially
the spirit of how he is doing the posting.
If he was a regularly contributing poster (NSA and notarial issues) I probably wouldn't mind an occasional political post.
That isn't the case, it is the opposite, many more political viewpoints vs business issues.
I haven't found anything political on the other boards that compare to his.

I don't want to speak for Jahari or anyone else for that

matter. But there is no game playing going on between Jahari and I. Not sure why he wanted me to email him, but I think he may have wanted to give me an explanation as to why or if he intentionally stirred the pot with a political post he made last night.
I responded to his post with a post asking him about his true intentions and semi scolded him for being upset with the response. I think he just wanted to elaborate.
I don't know about the other "so and so email me" post. But I think that was his intention with his "email me" request to me...

What I don't get is that lots of us post on this forum because we enjoy it, and it meets some kind of need in all of the lives of those who post and read it. Some people experience shame as a result and project it on others.

I have never been unclear that I have found NR to be a kick and something worth my time...for whatever reason.

Now, my "bestgal", bestcal...she's very clear that she thinks people who post here have a problem.

I guess that I am too much of a believer in America and our basic value of freedom of speech. There is nothing to read between the line in "freedom of speech". It offends me greatly that a few malcontents on this board were able to convince the powers that be to remove that freedom here!

Merry, don't be offended... Realize the mis information and practice of upl was recognized and called on by the very companies that employ us. It was a shame that someone needed removed, but really, look at the source.
It has nothing to do with freedom of speech.
This person was a lawsuit waiting to happen and trying to preach her methods to others. If you've got a potential problem, you remove it, it's a simple process.
