Just had a random thought about BGC
If they ask for one, ask them to increase your fee to defray the 'extra expense'. If this gets shoved back at them in the form of 'higher fees expected now'~~ well, who knows what might happen. As it now stands, they were paying for them if/when desired. However, if they can get the notary to pay--well, why not? They expect to pay more for someone with a TPL. so it simply follows that they should pay more for BGCs--yes?

I haven't been requested by any company that I work for to get this done, but yes, I would definitely charge more to those that requested I pay for this. I have recevied e-mails from some, but I haven't done anythig for them. Must be mass mailing.
