LFC signing

I was called and accepted a LFC signing... It is a few minutes away and I agreed on a fair price... but reading thru the instructions...they want faxbacks. Has anyone ever had any luck geting them to agree to faxback fee? (in the future of course!).

They also have double fed ex... which I had not come across previously...

Typically LFC packages require "splitting" documents to be sent back to two (2) different locations. Once you familiarize yourself with the unique requirements of specific lenders, banks, etc., you will be more knowledgeable when requesting YOUR fee to complete the assignment.

so you charge for this accomodation? and for faxbacks? and what is your charge that they accept? It was pulling teeth to get my minimum....

My fees have ranged from $50 to $250. Fee varies by distance, type of loan/s, time of month.

That's what I'm trying to figureout. They tell you what they want knowing once you accept the signing they require other services. Like one agent said if its abc it will be this price. I guess that's what I'll have to do myself.

Possible to get an address for this LFC signing? You need to come to wine country(Napa and Sonoma) but have money. I am located in Sonoma
