LO's and the GLBA

I had the pleasant experience of meeting with a LO at a closing today. (Met him before. .great guy). I asked him if his company has the lo's comply with the GLBA. Yepper.. he has to be tested every SIX months to make sure he is in compliance.
I asked him if there was a "national clearinghouse" (like the NNA wants to be), and he told me he was not aware of one. His company uses a private firm to perform background checks & test the lo's.
