Leave it to FEDEX

O.K., we all know not to put our address in the from section of their address labels.
I got billed for a package of loan docs sent TO me from a signing service. In the billing they even stated who it was from and the address of the company. I have an account with FEDEX, but my credit card had been up graded to an iternational card, so the account number that they had was no longer valid, thank goodness. This was a hand written package, no account number written on it. Check your fedex address labels for account numbers to and from packages.

This has happened to me too. Although not with FedEx but rather UPS.

When I call with the correct billing account number they correct the billing error right then and there.
